Q: I have problems with paying, what I can do?

Q: Are there enough provided paints to finish a painting?

A: Yes, absolutely. The kit is designed to finish your painting completely without any additional tools. But even if you run out of your paints, we are ready to provide additional package free of charge! Just email us.

Q: My internet connection dropped. Can I continue my shopping?
A: Yes, absolutely. We save your cart for a week and notify you about it by email, where you can always find a link to continue your shopping.

Q: Can I use the payment method cash on delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by Shopify Payments, so you can use your card without any worries. You can also always request a refund in case something has gone wrong with your package.

Q: When will I be able to receive my order?
A: After an order has been placed, it takes up to 2 days to pass it to the manufacturer. After that, it takes up to 12 days to be delivered. You will receive a tracking number to track your order. Check out our Shipping Policy page to read more.
